Shorewest receives title presents by BDO for the second time

 

BROOKFIELD, WIS. 一 Shorewest, REALTORS® was recently awarded the title “Wisconsin Family Business of the Year” by BDO. Each year, these awards are given to qualifying teams in three different categories, all based on various criteria including contribution to the community and industry, influence of family values on the business, business performance and innovative practices and growth strategy and planning. Shorewest was awarded this year’s title for the large businesses category.

These are values that have been passed down through our family and now we share it with our outstanding agents and team members,” said President of Shorewest, Joe Horning. “We are honored to have had our company recognized not just as a family business, but as the hardworking and talented group of individuals that make up our Shorewest family, too.”

This is the second time that Shorewest has won the Wisconsin Family Business of the Year award, having been the first company to earn this title in 2004. This award is nomination based and offers a spotlight to different family owned businesses throughout Wisconsin each year.
